GeoKone is designed for creating Sacred Geometry. With GeoKone you can create, modify, copy & and just play around with these formations based on natural constants found everywhere around us. Playing around with GeoKone will help you understand the shape of the world around you, as everything is made of sacred geometry.

Keyboard shortcuts

When the canvas is focused, the following keyboard shortcuts are available:

j, k	Joggle Formations	J Previous Formation K Next Formation
m	Randomize Formation	Applies random values to selected parameters of the current formation, creating totally new, random formations
a, z	Number of Points
s, x	Recursion Depth	Recursion Depth controls how many levels of children this formation has Increasing this will multiply the number of shapes exponentially, so it might take a while to complete Decreasing below one means no children
q, w	Child Radius Ratio	Child Radius Ratio controls the radius of any children the formation has The child radius is based on the parent radius and this variable, re-calculated on every level of recursion
e, r	Line Weight
y, u	Stroke Ratio
i, o	Point Radius Ratio
t	Toggle Draw Points
g	Toggle Stroke
b	Toggle Draw Base
SHIFT	Fine Tune	Holding SHIFT while adjusting any operation will scale down the amount applied to the operation significantly, enabling more precise control.
CONTROL	Select All	When set, all formations are selected for parameter change All operations which increase/decrease values do this for all And all operations which set exact values, set those values for all formations This allows for many different formations found just by exploring the initial shape, by changing the Child Radius Ratio or other parameters for all formations at the same time :) You can also create initial formation, then Select All, move around and copy copies of the initial formation around easily.

Adjust parameters in multiple dimensions! By increasing number of points or recursion depth when all polyforms are selected, adjust the same shape from different angle, then go back to the original view to see the changes from another angle :)

Exporting Images

Selecting the 'Scene/Export Image' menu option exports a PNG image in a new browser tab. You can then save this image to your computer usually by right clicking on the image and choosing "Save Image As".

Saving and Opening Scenes

In order to Save or Load Scenes, you have to be registered and logged in. Select 'Scene' menu to save your Scene.

When loading, you can choose from 'My Scenes' or 'Shared Scenes'. 'My Scenes' are your personal Scenes that you have saved. 'Shared Scenes' are shared Scenes created by others or you.

Opening a shared Scene and then saving it will create a personal copy of it (or overwrite if you are the original owner)
